Good Vs. Bad Design

When looking at these two images, you can completely see the differences.  The main difference between the two candles, is the fact that one of them looks like they are holding a penis instead of a candle.



This candle is a wreck.  The angels, or what I assume to be angels, are completely inappropriate and obscene.  The designer must have been on drugs or something to put such a naive and innocent being in such an inappropriate gesture. The design flaws in these candles go on for days.  The color in these also are crappy and unappealing.  There is no unity and no flow to the colors.  The image itself is portraying something doesn't want to be seen by anyone, in my opinion.


This candle has great design.  There is a feeling of peace and tranquility when looking at this candle.  The colors all flow into each other creating unity and balance.  There are no obscene gestures or obscene "candle" holding which looks like a penis.  The presentation of this candle also is very good.  The colors are all in perfect harmony with each other as well because they are all part of a very soft hue which eases the eye when looking at this.  The candle itself is for remembering but it makes it feel less hard because of the softness of the colors. This is a better design then the candle above it.
